Help with quail run and coop advice - Quails stopped laying eggs

Hi everyone! I need some help. I’m new to quails and have 3 (1 male and 2 females). I’m trying to add 2 more females because I read somewhere you need a good ratio of males to females to reduce stress on the hens.

I’m looking for some advice on how I should set up my run. This is what I have them in right now and I have a small bird house inside the run where they typically like to sit together. I have a heavy duty tarp over it so it protects from wind and gives them a hide away location/dry space.

Does anyone have advice on what I can do to this run to make it more comfortable for them? They hens have stopped laying eggs completely now. 😔

For food, I give them high protein turkey feed. I recently got some 22% protein poultry feed for them. I also give them mealworms and they barely eat the apples! I also give them lettuce and shredded carrots.

Any advice would be appreciated!
