Budigere cross Renders

Hey all! I am Google Earth doodler and like to roam around in the app. I have been closely following upcoming localities in Bangalore for a home search. I m a big fan of VIEWs. And used the app to assess the same.

Always felt that Bangalore doesn’t have a high uptown sides like Bombay. So I have made renders of existing and upcoming high rises in Budigere cross as a lot of skyscrapers are coming there. Will continue adding as new launches come by.

A fun task would be to guess what all projects are visible in the attached pic. I have not marked any labels so as not to look like i m canvassing.

Please note that the models are not exactly to scale but give an approximate idea. India needs immersive gmaps experience as western countries have.

Let me know if you want the kmz file to help you find the right view, ventilation or lighting etc. you can asses location, bottlenecks etc. Gives you a real 3d feel. Can add a building that’s not available in the current version looking at the sanction plans in RERA.

PS: This isn’t a paid post but just a hobby project.

Budigere cross Apartment Choice

I recently booked in Brigade belvedere. But later i found Sattva songbird phase2 has been launched . The price for brigade belvedere is around same as sattva but the home in Sattva is bigger(1285 with 900sft carpet vs 1149 with 742sft in brigade). Possession is the same for both. I have some time to undo my booking decision.

I m in a dilemma:

  1. Sattva Songbird Ph2:

Pros

House is bigger. Community is less dense relatively though very dense from normal standards. Litigation free. Two balconies. Mid tier Cat A builder. South east kitchen.north facing.

Cons

Common wall. No resale team. one room very small(10*11). Resale/Rental doubts considering godrej and brigade in area. Windows aren’t french. View might get blocked by high rises on OMR. South balcony

  1. Brigade Belvedere:

Pros

Upper tier Cat A builder. No common wall. Better house plans with more options. Decent yet equal sized bedrooms with foyer. External corridors not shared with any apartment. Better resale/rental. Unhindered views of the city. Resale team exists. North east facing and southwest balcony.

Cons

Smaller Hall. Super dense project. Land Litigation. North west kitchen.

The odds are stacked so equally against each other. I want some opinion which to take.

Pls help.

PS: I kinda know what to do but i need opinions
