Bless whoever posted this recipe!

I had heard great things about Beth Hensperger’s recipes so I searched this sub and found the Honey White Bread recipe.

It is the softest, most pillowy bread I’ve ever made in my life! I omitted the vital wheat gluten and used avocado oil instead of canola.

I’ve also recently tweaked this recipe to make it sourdough using starter instead of yeast in the sourdough setting on my machine. If you need a slam dunk recipe, this is it. Thank you internet stranger for posting this recipe!

Help regaining motivation

Hi all, I’ve had a hard time being consistent since April. I’ve been a member this time around for about 6 months and this is about when I’ve fallen off plan in previous attempts as well.

I’d love to hear about any tips/strategies/techniques that have helped you regain motivation and consistency. Thanks!

Fresh milled flour sandwich bread recipe?

Does anyone have a recipe for FMF sandwich bread in the machine that doesn’t come out super dense?

I’m even willing to do a combo of fmf/store bought if it means I can get a fluffy loaf in the machine.

I’ve experimented with quite a few of the FMF bread machine recipes out there but they come out so much denser than when I was doing hands-on baking. Thank you!

Budget (WW and $) friendly tips?

With the cost of everything going up, what are some ways you’ve found to help keep grocery costs down but still stay on plan? I’d love to get some inspo and tips if you have them. Thank you!

Y’all, please hit me with your favorite WW recipes. I am so tired of the ones I’ve been making and I get overwhelmed trying to look through the app for inspiration. Anything WW friendly would be much appreciated. Thank you!
