Wondering if my experience is in the realm of normal!
I have never had a high sex drive. I have zero interest in porn or masturbation. At times I have read erotic stories and felt turned on but as soon as I touch myself the feeling is gone.
When I am with my boyfriend, I desire sex and will sometimes initiate. I get excited while kissing, and I enjoy clitoral stimulation and him fingering me and him giving me oral. Penetration can feel nice (if we use a LOT of lube) but it doesn't feel very intense. I like it and enjoy being so close to him, but it doesn't usually feel that intense (he's not that big, probably average enough). It takes a while for me to get strong sensations from the clitoral stimulation but I can get a build of pleasure if my bf is persistent but I'm not sure if I've ever had a proper orgasm. My clit can feel great and I sometimes get a tingly feeling throughout my body, increased breathing, shaking legs, but I don't experience the vaginal throbbing or rush of chemical excitement and then relaxation that I hear and read about when people orgasm. I also don't think I really experience the high sensitivity of other erogenous areas in my body. Touch doesn't feel that physically exciting. I desire it and mentally enjoy it but it's like my body just won't respond in the way I want it to or think it should. Some things can really take me out of the moment, too, like if my face gets wet, certain tastes, or if I'm worried my bf is getting tired or I'm taking too long. Sometimes I'm happy to just enjoy the feelings I do get, but other times I feel unsatisfied or frustrated that my body just won't respond the way I want it to, or I worry there is something wrong with me.
I have also been on antidepressants throughout my adult life. I came off sertraline because I had no sexual pleasure or sensations at all. My experiences described above have been while I was on venlafaxine. I have OCD (sexual and relationship themes) and depressive periods too. Have also had estrogen dominance issues and PMDD which I'm now on the patch for. I also don't have that much experience as I'm 26 and only started having sex at 25. I know probably all those things could be a factor too. I'm very attracted to my bf and we have a healthy relationship, although we don't see each other regularly because we are long-distance. I suppose I'm wondering if my experiences are in the realm of normal or if anyone relates.
I'm planning to move from Ireland to Charlottetown in August but I'm visiting my Canadian bf in Montreal for a few days later this week (then returning to Ireland until August). I'm debating bringing my POE letter and all necessary documents to start my work permit officially then, so that I can look for and apply for jobs over the next two months while back in Ireland before moving properly to PEI in August. Anyone have any advice or experience on whether border agents would permit this or have any issues, etc?

Regarding health insurance, I read somewhere online that some travel insurance policies still meet the government requirements for 'health insurance' (medical care, hospital stays, and repatriation), which would be so much cheaper than actual health insurance. Anyone have any knowledge or advice on this? The provider I'm looking at is World Nomads btw.
