Hi all, I was born in 05 so that gives a hint to time of production but it is definitely well loved in these photos. I’ve reverse imaged searched and found results linking to “Animal Alley” but can’t seem to find this specific hair/ colour/ mane/ hoof combination. Any guesses appreciated ❤️

I'm almost a final year uni student who has just realised I still have no idea what I want to do with my career, I hoped I'd learn more about the industry and different roles and that uni would help us find and learn about different careers, I guess I was naïve a little bit. So I'm putting this out!
What role do you do in post-production? How much collaboration is there or is it more independent? How do you make decisions, what is the chain of command like, what happens if you make the wrong decision/ disagree creatively? How did you get into your role? Do you often take work home or is it more like an office on screen 9-5 job? Are you contracted by a company to work different projects? Or do you only get contracted per project? Also, no pressure to answer this but just out of curiosity, is pay good?
I feel like I know absolutely nothing so please just tell me everything about your job cause I'm panicking a little bit to be honest eek.
