What sub stats SuiSui need besides HP and Energy Regen?

I don't know much about her kit, except that her healing scales from HP, and she needs 270% ER. Is that all she needs, or did I forget something?

Can I use SuiSui as a 3rd slot supp for Carte and/or Aemeath FB?

I don't have Chisa, I've lost on her every banner, and I'm honestly frustrated by how many teams need her. Can SuiSui finalize my NS teams, or Chisa would still be better for Carte and Aemeath?
