She will now keep dancing during any type of animation stop, so the timer for her Plume Step doesn't get stopped anymore. Basically means you can outro out of sub dps (like Lucilla) faster than before. Which opens up more rotation optimization for any team that uses Suisui.

Opinion on my Suisui build
Hello everyone, can I ask for your opinions on my Suisui build? Prydwen recommends that Suisui uses a cost 4 crit dmg, which I think is stupid. So I wanted to ask does Suisui really need a crit dmg 4 cost for Suisui S0 for any buff requirement? I am using a hp cost 4, 2 er cost 3 and 2 hp cost 1. Is my build efficient enough?
