She will now keep dancing during any type of animation stop, so the timer for her Plume Step doesn't get stopped anymore. Basically means you can outro out of sub dps (like Lucilla) faster than before. Which opens up more rotation optimization for any team that uses Suisui.

I did a Matrix run at S3 right before upgrading her to S6 today and the boost feels pretty good.
S3R1 Hiyuki, S0R1 Lucilla, S2R1 Chisa: 24k
S6R1 Hiyuki, S0R1 Lucilla, S2R1 Chisa: 36k
Both runs started with Round 2 Mimic and I used the exact same rotation without fail.
And both were with the general buff that gives 20% damage and 20% heavy attack damage, so no shilled buff to make it fair.
Bonus information: From S0 to S3 score went from 21k to 31k, but that was with shilled buff and Swarm inflation.
Tl;dr: 50% more points in Matrix going from S3 to S6. Almost 50% more points going from S0 to S3.

With Ray Tracing On, you can barely feel the difference to be honest. Haven't had time to do the test for RT Off yet.
Frame time is smoother and I can feel it in Septimont and Regunna, but nowhere else. 1% Low is a bit better too.
Based on in game Notice, I got the test version because my version number has the * next to it whereas most people don't have it.
