Is she teething? 🦷

Hi everyone! I need some advice from experienced parents.
On the 23rd, our baby will be 6 months old. For about a week now, it seems like she has become very fussy, has trouble falling asleep, refuses the breast, and fights going to sleep at night. Her sleep schedule is completely messed up. She wants to be held all the time and is constantly looking for Mommy.
I read that this could be another developmental leap. On top of that, the weather here has been awful, and autumn is approaching. I noticed all of her previous developmental leaps, but this time, for the past two days, her sleep has gotten even worse.
Last night, she woke up screaming and crying. Her eyes were closed, but she was screaming really loudly. We rocked her, and she eventually fell back asleep. The same thing happened during her nap today — intense screaming and tears. She refuses to nurse.
We looked inside her mouth, and I’m attaching a photo. It also seems like there’s a little bump there when I touch it, and it feels hard compared to the other side of the gum.
Could this be her bottom teeth coming in? How long does it usually take, and what can I do to help her?
I’ve already given her Nurofen for the second time because she’s been extremely fussy all day — literally crying almost the entire day — and she wants to put everything in her mouth.
I’m not using any teething gels. I’m giving her chilled teething toys and offering the breast.
Please help! The photos of teething I’ve found online look completely different from what I’m seeing.
