Black Stallion
Been after a stallion for a while. I think the ebony is the best one. Just feels right on this classic knife. It’s going to be such a great user. Can’t wait to tiner her up.

Landed a big one today. Took a while to get a good one but I think this one is great!
Viper and Timber Jack
I feel like a timber Jack is a kind of 🐍 right?
The Timber Jack is a really impressive knife. Super strong action and yet it’s easily pinchable. It’s also very slicey. Makes for a handy and solid work knife. Great back pocket carry.
These two are really working for me today. The 15 is new and it’s my first 15 with a clip point. Why did I wait so long! Perfecto
Happy 8/7! Busy week for GEC collectors. 87 is under appreciated. Try one sometime they are amazing users.
Celebrating 8/6 with a new 86! Harness jack in burgundy espl. Pictures are not doing justice these covers. Very rich dark red not nearly as black as they appear here. Happy day!
August is a big month for gec. The 85 86 and 87 are some of my favorite patterns. Not sure I will be getting out all the 87s - I got eaten up by mosquitoes to get outdoor lighting on this shot.
Got these 93s in today. Cool little knives. Heavy action especially in the little guy. I prefer the darker chestnut. Some of the pines have tighter grain and look great but this one not so much. Still looks good but I’d probably go for the match if I had it to do again. I really like the rough finish in the blades and bolsters. Even the beaver looks a little distressed. I wouldn’t call the handles rough, but they are unfinished and textured making them wonderfully grippy. These are really nicely designed knives in my opinion. Glad I got them.
I know you’ve seen them lately but how am I not going to post this beauty. Super excited. I think this one came out great especially the pile side. I don’t know if the whole run has had heavy action but this guy is by far the heaviest action I have ever felt on a TC Barlow. It feels great. I can’t wait to break it in but sadly I will have to because it’s back in the box until Father’s Day⏳
I almost always carry a 15 on Sunday. Some of my most beautiful knives are 15s and the small size just feels right. I usually carry a bigger slipjoint like an 86 but not on the day of rest. God bless! Enjoy the day
