JS LA consulate no minor issue. Appointment 2022 homework 2025 Diffida sent in July no response.

I’m really getting frustrated. It’s way past the deadline for the LA consulate to respond to my application. I’m a very straightforward case and there should be no reason to reject my recognition. I was in process before the decree and before the recent court cases. I sent a Diffida no response.

Is it worth throwing more money at this by finding a lawyer who file a suit against the ministry? That could add years as well but I feel like I’m being completely ignored by the consulate. They are quoting a price of 5,000 euros but I realize that’s just the beginning

Is there any recourse? Any positive experiences with suing to get an action by the consulate? Will a legal proceeding speed up or slow down a decision on my application? Is there any effective way to get my application to move forward?

Hi I’ll be traveling from the US to France this fall and I’m very interested in seeing some French Drains. Any suggestions for particularly impressive or large examples would be appreciated. I’m flying into Paris but I expect I’ll need to travel to the countryside to see particularly impressive or historic drains in France.
