Debt. What's the best way to tackle it.

My current pay is 4000-5000 a month. Mortgage is about 1,500. House bills about 700ish Insurance about 400-500. Fixed Personal loans 880

So this is my debt. I feel like in drowning and cant catch up. What would be the best way to tackle this or would getting a second job help.
