Regular stop sign runner in West Linn
This guy ran a stop sign and nearly T-boned my car right where my kid sits. This is also at a school bus stop. He is a regular offender at this stop sign and the next one up the road. I have reported him to the police with photos and his plate number and all they can say is they have to catch him in the act before they can do anything.
If you know this guy, he deserves to be shamed.

A fix for the Background Checks quest bug in the Ryujin questline
I just had the bug where you don't get the next quest in the Ryujin questline after turning in Background Checks (the one where you sneak through Ryujin) to Dalton Fiennes. After a lot of digging, I found a fix. I wanted to post it here in case anyone gets this bug. Spoiler alert!
>!Apparently this bug is caused if you disable or kill any Ryujin guards while infiltrating their tower. Even if you use the non-lethal options like EM weapons. If any of their bodies or corpses are still around, apparently that causes the bug where you don't get the quest to apprehend Imogen after giving the info to Dalton. !<
>!The solution is to wait out the despawn/respawn timer for the Ryujin guards. Before you turn in Background Checks, go to Venus (or any other planet with a long day) and sleep for a long time. The post I found said 600 UT hours, so I went to sleep at my vytinium farm on Decaran for a bit and when I went back to Ryujin and turned in the quest, it worked! I got the next step to apprehend Imogen. !<
Hope that helps anyone else who got this same bug.
