All of a sudden two Diva switches that are side by side in the bathroom aren’t working properly (we had workmen in the house but they shouldn’t have touched any electrical.)

One switch works but is constantly blinking. The only time it stops blinking is when I open the app. While it’s blinking the paired Pico does not work.

The second switch also works the light. I already removed it from the app but I’m unable to re-add it - trying to add it by pressing the down button does nothing.

I’ve already gone through the reset procedure for both switches with no luck. I’ve also pulled the air gap for both switches. Any suggestions how to get these to work?

Before the switch to on-device storage I could export timeline data that included my edits (place-name corrections mostly). Now it doesn't appear I can do that anymore. I spent an hour with Google Gemini trying to figure it out, but ultimately it told me "Google's new on-device encryption on iOS is currently a "black box." If the "Export Timeline data" tool in your Timeline settings is only giving you raw PlaceIDs and Unknown types, there is currently no official way to export those human-readable names until Google updates the export tool to include the decryption key for your local edits."

Is that the final word, or does anyone know of a workaround?

I have the plug-in dimmer controlling two floor lamps. Through the app and the hub I have them on a timer to turn on at sunset and turn off at 11. This works fine. However, they also turn off and on randomly. There doesn't seem to be any pattern when this happens. When they go off, the app still shows they're on and I can't turn them on. I have already tried a factory reset and there are no other apps running. I've tried 2 different kinds of bulbs. Any idea what's happening? Is the plug-in dimmer defective?
