A current employee in my former company has told us na balak daw kaming kasuhan mga former employees.

Can they really do this? I admit we've flooded their indeed page with 1-star reviews but it's just the typical stuff like:

• Minimum wage 12k

• Demanding skillsets and experience

• Very low annual increase 500-1k

• Toxic co-workers and management

• Negative work culture

• Unpaid OTs

• Travel on weekends does not count as OT

• Unfair and inconsistent policies

• Missing contributions for SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig

Lahat kaming nagsulat ng review may documented evidence for everything that were mentioned above. My question is i-eentertain ba talaga sila para mag open ng kaso laban sa amin? I think it's just an empty bluff from our former employer to try and scare us or if it goes through, I don't think it's a winnable case for them.

Despite all the exploitation I went through and some labor code violations, I'm not even interested in filing a case against them for peace of mind and to focus on my new work. Doon ko nalang sa review binuhos lahat ng sama ng loob ko sa kanila.

Since anonymous ang reviews ng indeed, I don't think there's a way for them to identify kung sino specifically ang mga nagsulat for each review by any normal means. But the current employee there told us na ipapa-trace daw nila sa NBI and maghihire sila ng hackers, or whatever (probably another empty bluff).

This is a story from 2 years ago noong kakarelease palang ng ORCR ng motor ko (Honda XRM 125 FI) which means pwede ko ng ibyahe, kulang nalang is helmet. At that time wala talaga akong alam sa mga brands ng helmet pero noong nagikot ako sa MoA, may nakita akong Motoworld store doon at nadecide ko na doon nalang ako kukuha ng mga riding gears. Since black mostly ang kulay ng motor ko, naisip ko na black din na helmet ang kukunin ko. And doon ko nakita yung LS2 Stream II. Trip na trip ko yung design kasi simple and kinuha ko yung matte black. Nabili ko siya ng 4500.

Fast forward a few days later and pumasok ako sa work in QC dala ang bagong motor at helmet. Unang tanong sakin ng mga katrabaho is magkano bili ko sa motor ko which is 78k. Pero noong pagdating na sa helmet, sinabi ko 4500, tumawa ng napakalakas yung isa kong katrabaho and sumunod yung iba at eto ang mga nasabi nila:

"Ang galing mo naman pumili helmet pre, andaming iba diyan na mga nasa 1k, 2k, 3k."

"Tang inang 4.5k yan, yaman mo naman boi. Sana all"

"Grabe ka naman, yung akin nga 3k ko lang nabili" (EVO)

"Yan ang maangas, maporma, at sulit!" (Pointing out the EVO)

"Etong akin nga 700 lang eh. Dream helmet ko rin yang EVO, ipon muna ako" (currently naka RXR half face)

"Balik mo na yan sa motoworld pre, budol lahat ng benta doon! Parefund ka. Dapat ang mga bilhin mo is EVO, Spyder, Gille, SEC, Zebra, RXR. Sulit mga yun, maangas din mga design."

"Ano bang brand yan? Grabe naman ang mahal! Ano yan ginto"

And ayun na nga... tawanan, snarky remarks, unsolicited advice, sarcastic jokes, asaran... pilit nalang akong nakikisabay at nakikitawa kahit nakakapikon na.
