Please help with these results, im new to all this

Can someone help me interpret these. This is all the data i was given. I was seen in office and im not sure how all this works. I went due to issues after taking a glp1 medication and someone told me this is how they healed. The provider told me I had the most dysregulated brain theyve ever seen. TIA
