I am learning to cook. I live in Hungary. But to make it interesting, I decided to try to make all other countries' dishes, in random order.

What do you recommend from Tajikistan, something you actually eat?
I can source almost every ingredient so thats probably not a problem.

So far i cooked from 20 countries.

Im looking for someone who can take 8 people to Lukomir from Umoljani ina. 4x4, or quad or whatever on August 6 evening, and back the next day, at around 12. If we need to take 2 rounds in a 4 peeople car thats also okay.

Do you know someone who could help us with this?
