Payoneer receiving account wrong country???!!

When I first made my payoneer account I called their customer support and asked for a receiving account in USD.

Today I got a confirmation that account is created but when I logged in to check I saw that it is based in Singapore.

I am confused. Is that normal? I don't live in the US but I don't live Singapore neither.

When I asked for a receiving account in USD I was expecting it to be based in the USA.

I recently got a remote job with an American company and they are asking for a payoneer routing number but since the account is based in Singapore I have instead a SWIFT number. Would that change anything in term of money transfer?

Hi, I have just recently created a new Payoneer account after getting a remote job with an American-based company.

Now HR is asking me to provide them with the account number and routing number.

Based on my understanding, I have to create a receiving account in USD.

But when I go to the get paid section I don't even see the option to do so.

Does anyone know why and what to do?
