Where I live it's really hot outside right now (over 34°C) and I'm having a lot of side effects, I feel sleepy all the time and I have been vomiting, I had reflux, I can't stand the heat this summer and it wasn't like that before.

Anyone here with mixed personality disorder? Idk what to think about this, they have said that I have narcissistic tendencies and immature personality, but I never thought of myself that way. 😭
