A particular interest, to me would be aftershaves, balms, splashes and cologne. Would love your views on things I should be able to source locally there that are difficult to get here in the US.

My night shooting at Utah was cut short by clouds. I did get M 13. Very happy with that. And then added the sun this afternoon.

I’m very new to astronomy and astrophotography, and I purchased a Dwarf Mini about two weeks ago. So far I’ve only had a chance to image Andromeda (M31) and the Beehive Cluster (M44), but I’m completely hooked. (See attached - these were processed with the Dwarf Stellar Studio)
This weekend I’ll be traveling to a remote area of British Columbia with Bortle 2 skies, and after that I’ll be spending some time in Utah under Bortle 4 skies. Since these will be by far the darkest skies I’ve had access to so far, I’d love to make the most of the opportunity.
For those of you with more experience using the Dwarf Mini (or similar smart telescopes), what would be the top objects you’d recommend targeting?
I’m open to anything:
- Galaxies
- Nebulae
- Star clusters
- Wide-field targets
- “Must as-see” objects for a beginner
If you were heading into Bortle 2 skies with a Dwarf Mini this weekend, what would be on your target list and why?
