Camino and finding restaurants serving food

Im from the US, anyone else having a tough time finding a restaurant that service food around 5pm-6pm? I came across two that told me it was drinks only at the time.
I’m an early raiser and usually is looking for food around this time so I can sleep early. But the Spain eating culture is so different. Most restaurants don’t open until 8pm. It’s tougher on a Sunday cause supermarkets are all closed.

How much euro to exchange?

I’m starting my first Camino this coming Sunday. Will be on the Ingles route. Just wondering how much cash I should take out? I would think credit card or Apple Pay won’t be an issue in cities. But not sure how many places are cash only during the Camino.

Short haul flights in Europe

My Camino is coming in the beginning of July and will have a couple of short haul flights. One of them is by Vueling. With the recent jet fuel situation and Spirit airlines going down, almost everyday my feed has a new story on potential summer flight cancellations.
Anyone else a little concern about this or is it just a US media fear mongering?

I looked a bit on here and in backpacking reddit community and everything appears normal.
