I have a sleep disorder, do I get any protections for work?

I wrote this originally for r/askuk but I'll leave it here too incase there's any advice for my situation?

I've struggled with sleep since 14ish, I'm now 18. I recently started a night shift at a factory thinking it would solve all of my issues, I've always been a night person.

I'm 2 weeks in, and on Monday I overslept... for a night shift... I slept 18 hours which isn't unusual for me, doctors have been investigating my sleep for years, I have some rare disorder yet to be diagnosed. So far they're looking mainly at DSPD or some form of narcolepsy. Though not diagnosed, I have plenty of papers showing that there's something up and many referrals to sleep neurologists all-over the country. I am also diagnosed with autism, OCD and GAD, all are disorders that already greatly effect sleep.

When I came back to work on Tuesday, my manager told me that if I miss work 5 times, they'll do a review and establish whether I'm fit to work or not.

My question is, is it possible to get let off / fired for my sleep issues? I need a job, but I also can't sleep and sleep 18+ hours constantly!!! I don't understand what I'm supposed to do

I was a good kid on track for all 9s in GCSE, then out of nowhere sleep issues ruined my last years of secondary school and my 3 years of college, I got 4s and 5s in GCSEs and out of my 3 years in college I only got a diploma in 1 of them, the other 2 were wasted.

it's really ruined my life. I had big ambitions and now I can't even keep a factory job, I genuinely do not know what I'll do if I lose it. I don't want to rely on benefits and other people to get through life, I really want to work my way up to something, which will never happen if I get fired for sleep

my issue at college is that I couldn't sleep before 2am and id regularly sleep 10-20 hours, so I could never wake up at 9am for college.

now I get home from work at 7am, and can't fall asleep sleep until after 9am, then I sleep 10+ hours and barely make it to work on time, or like Monday I sleep through half the shift and call in sick...

tldr: that turned into a rant and if you have a sleep disorder and have advise for work please shout me, but my main question is, can I get fired for a sleep disorder?

I am an idiot and supposedly left my car unlocked, found it today an absolute shit tip... Someone has emptied my glove box, boot, and every little pocket just everywhere.

They've broken my radio and backseats, stolen my dashcam, headphones, interior lights, cash, two socket sets, some other tools, etc etc. They've also taken some personal letters, a pack of ready salted hula hoops, and my half empty vape liquid! They've also thrown rubbish everywhere, messed with my seat settings and pulled apart wires that I soldered behind my radio, so that's annoying...

Altogether probably around £300+ stolen and £200+ in damage. I'm in between jobs and I have literally £7 in my bank account, I can't even afford fuel right now. I can't afford to replace and fix all of this.

There's a public camera on a lamppost right next to my car pointed at it, and a chip shop next to it with CCTV, so hopefully whoever did this is on camera. I've got an incident number with the police and they're gonna ring me tomorrow for more info, the person who did my car also did many many others the same night all over the town, the local Facebook is blowing up, so this will probably (hopefully) be taken really seriously by the police.

I have a few questions: How likely is the person to actually be found? If they are found, will I get my stuff back and things fixed? Also, will be insurance believe me and reimburse me for goods inside the car? If I do tell my insurance, will my price sky rocket? (I'm 18 so already paying loads) and is there anything I can do here at all?

I have always locked my car, so I assume one of the doors probably wasn't shut so didn't lock, but the woman on 101 said that they could have also had a 'sophisticated unlocking device'. I also just left tools in there because I only use them on the car, headphones in there because I only use them while out, and cash in there for parking and drive throughs... I suppose I had more faith in humanity and a lot more faith in my dashcam being a deterrent. I have learnt my lesson and now I slam the doors, never leave anything in there, and make sure it locks.
