Honestly I just feel so alone at the moment but I know I shouldn’t as there are probably thousands of women in my boat right now. Found out I was pregnant last week and the instant thought was “get an abortion” almost like a reflex. My circle (mum and partner) have been extremely supportive, attentive to me but at the same time I just feel so lost to the point I can’t even face going into work. If anyone has been in a similar situation I would really appreciate what made the sinking feeling go away?
