Hi all, anybody have any advice for an issue I have?

I'm trying to duplicate a copy of my plan in MS Planner - just so my teammates can see a copy of how I use it without disturbing the plan I actually work off of. I am able to duplicate my plan - but the duplicate plans won't allow me to share them with others inside my organization.

I feel like this should be simple, but is there a way to duplicate my plans and also allow privacy to let my coworkers see the plans?

• Waiver Wire: Standard / Continual Rolling List (No FAAB)
  

🗓️ Draft & Season Structure

• Draft Date & Time: Thursday, August 27, 2026 @ 7:00 PM CST
  

• Draft Format: Live Snake Draft
  

• Playoffs: Top 6 teams make the playoffs (Weeks 15–17), with the Top 2 seeds earning a Week 15 Bye. (Deep playoffs keep more teams in the race through the end of the regular season!)
  

💬 League Communication & Activity Requirements

• Discord Server: We will use Discord for trade coordination, announcements, and general banter. Be as active in the chat as you like—or lay back and mute non-essential channels. It'll be required to join the Discord but you can choose how active you'd like to be in it.
  

• Activity Commitment: The #1 goal is keeping this league 100% active all year. Managers must commit to setting lineups weekly. If a manager goes inactive for 2–3 consecutive weeks without notice, they will be replaced to preserve competitive integrity for everyone else.
