Pest in my pepper plants

Since the season is pretty much over now, I decided to try my hand at gardening. My pepper plants are coming along nicely but there seems to be a pest infestation starting. I’m worried about it spreading to my other grow boxes. Anyone have advice on how to deal with it?

If this is true then I’m in agreement that Southampton need to have the harshest punishment possible. A scummy move at any time, but made worse during the playoffs.
