Was there a connection behind all the hate campaigns? 👀

During Splitsvilla and Lock Upp, contestants who went against Akanksha seemed to attract a lot of hate, spam comments and negative reels.
Now, seeing these screenshots of Arjun Sarin talking about contacts, bots and account suspensions, it does make you wonder whether there was a connection between these things.

The Negative PR Campaign Against Yogesh Is Getting Out of Hand

The amount of negativity being pushed across Yogesh’s Instagram and YouTube posts is honestly surprising. The same narratives keep showing up repeatedly, along with unnecessary spam.
If you don’t like someone, fair enough, but going this far to create negative PR and affect their reach feels excessive. There isn’t even a show running right now, so what’s the point of putting in this much effort?

The Amount of Negative PR & Spamming Around Yogesh Is Getting Ridiculous

This honestly feels like going way too far just to affect someone’s reach. The constant negativity and spamming across his Instagram and YouTube posts is getting ridiculous.

But what are people even trying to achieve with all this? There isn’t even a show running right now. Why put so much effort into trying to bring someone down?

Can We Really Compare Yogesh’s Reach Right Now? His Account Is Shadow-Banned + He Was Inactive for 5 Days

I don’t think comparing Yogesh and Akanksha’s Instagram reach right now is a fair comparison.
Yogesh’s account has been dealing with repeated reporting and shadow-ban issues, and he also went 5 days without posting. Both of these can affect how much reach and engagement a post gets.
He also posts much less frequently than Akanksha, so naturally, there can be more fluctuation in his engagement.
And even Akanksha has had recent reels that didn’t cross 500K likes, which shows that not every post is going to perform massively.
Considering all of that, Yogesh is still getting pretty solid reach for an account with 2.9M followers.
So comparing their reels post-by-post doesn’t really tell us much. Their posting frequency, account activity, and current reach conditions are all different.

Yogesh’s Account Is Shadow-Banned + Inactive for 5 Days — So Why Are People Comparing His Reach?

I don’t think comparing Yogesh and Akanksha’s Instagram reach right now makes much sense.

Yogesh’s account has been dealing with reporting/shadow-ban issues, so his reach is obviously going to be affected. He also didn’t post for 5 days, which doesn’t exactly help with engagement.

Yogesh posts much less frequently than Akanksha, so naturally, his engagement can fluctuate more.

Even Akanksha has had recent reels that haven’t crossed 500K likes, so not every post is going to perform massively.
Despite all this, Yogesh is still getting pretty solid reach for an account with 2.9M followers.

So comparing their numbers post-by-post and using them to draw conclusions about either account doesn’t really make much sense. There are way too many differences in posting frequency, account activity, and current reach conditions.

Akanksha is either really stupid or a liar

If Akanksha’s fans keep saying “run away from Yogesh” or “Yogesh is manipulating you,” then what are they actually saying about Akanksha?

She has said herself that they’re just friends. So if they still believe Yogesh is manipulating her, does that mean they think she’s too stupid to realise she’s being manipulated? Or that she’s a liar and what she says about their friendship can’t be trusted?
Either way, that doesn’t exactly sound like they respect her own words or judgment.

Are we really using AI chats as evidence now?

Criticizing or disagreeing with Yogesh is totally fair. But if a chat is AI-generated or fabricated, it probably shouldn’t be shared like it’s real.
There’s enough actual stuff to discuss without making fake screenshots look like evidence. Just feels better to stick to what actually happened and let people make up their own minds.

I think the Yogesh fandom is being judged unfairly over a private conversation

There seems to be some discussion around a private conversation involving one of Yogesh’s solo moderators.

For context: the moderator jokingly called Akanksha “bhabhi” during a live. His friends, who are also moderators, then joked about reporting his ID over the comment in a private conversation.

That private conversation is now being used to create a narrative about the entire Yogesh solos fandom.

There is also a claim that a few people could report a 4M+ account simply through live views, which doesn’t really follow from the context of the conversation.

Whatever anyone thinks about the original joke, using a private conversation between friends to generalize about an entire fandom seems unfair.

It is a very serious defamation of a Fandom.
