I wanna start this off by saying that I have purchased in my life in peripherals somewhere in the range of 3-4k euros, nearly 5k usd....

starting from and chair(S), many MANY keyboards, gaming mouses, countless headsets... and more than once all double as my wife and i are gamers, who love having matching setups...

all were always tested and registered via S/N on the website for the extended warranty and confirming they are original, connecting in my synapse and whatnot...

thruout the years I was their "vip client" getting bday presents from them till 2023 even got my last free mouse from them as a replacement on the mouse I had back in the day...

today earlier is saw active members are getting 100-200 usd discounts depending on what chair they order on their website, and i honestly wanted to buy the pink iskur v2 for my wife...

use some of my MANY MANY gold points I accumulated thruout the last 10 years of purchases, and also of course use the discount and add some cash...

to find out my razer account lost every single item that was ever added to it? I have 1 cheap ass mouse added on the website and ALL my gold and silver is gone...

my 2x Huntsman elite keyboards, my viper mouse, deathadder v2 v3 and 2nd v3 pro... iskur chairs, 3 4 headsets?

contacted support, for a hour nearly kept bouncing me between different supports on their website till I gave up.

razer used to be for gamers, by gamers.. and apparently somewhere down the line just like many others went to shareholders.

thank you if anyone read this rant. I will no longer recommend razer to anyone in my opinion.
