My team is: E2S1 Phainon, E1S1 Cerydra, E0S1 Sunday, E0S1 DHPT / E1S5ddd Ruan Mei (I mostly play sustainless unless it’s anomaly arbitration bc I like fast clears)

The question is this: would it be a waste to pull Cyrene knowing I can only afford e0s0 ? I’ll be using hHacine’s sig for the speed and trying to get as much speed on her of course, but besides that, is e0s0 Cyrene a decent upgrade for him?
