liletta anxiety

hi all!!

I hope I make some sense 😅

so i (28f) got the liletta iud in april and got my normal period in May and havent gotten it since.

I still take a pregnancy test every two weeks just in case. im so anxious and afraid of pregnancy, but also enjoy sex so i got the iud for precautions.

I wanted to comment some of what ive been feeling and see if anyone else has also experienced this ?

i got an iud at PP, i did as much research and asked as much questions as I could. this was the best option for me, I have a few autoimmune diseases and take medication that couldve affected the way the BC works.

I have gained some significant weight since getting the iud and have gotten a lot of insecurity. i recently felt nauseous in the morning after my shower and had a stomach ache but I also started a new job so my bf told me it was just nerves from that. I since havent felt nausea but have had heavy heartburn. my boyfriend says its just my anxiety making me think im pregnant cause im so afraid of that at the moment. but I took a test just to be sure, it came back negative (as it always does) im just always so anxious especially since kids aren't in our plans iust yet and the circumstances to bring a child into the world right now are iust not it for us at the moment.

i have an appointment next week but starting this new job im not sure how to ask for the morning off and wanted to also calm down some anxiety before that too so she doesnt think im too "crazy" any advice or experiences would help please!

thanks for reading! and have a lovely day!

exercise?

hi guys!

not sure exactly the rules about posting or stuff considering this is my first post EVER. I usually just use reddit for "reading" never actually learned how to use it..

anyway, I (F27) got diagnosed with Myasthenia around November of last year 2025. drs say its very mild and im on medications and would have to get a surgery soon. I have a lot of fatigue throughout the day weakness at the end of the day after work and such.. I use to be a runner and now I can barely even exercise without running out of breath easily or feeling dizzy straight away, whats some tips if anyone gas some to go about that. I know i probably wont become a cross country runner again but being able to at least speed walk would be nice 😅 or maybe it gas nothing to do with MG not entirely up to date of all what it is considering my neuro isn't very helpful...

anyway thanks for reading :)
