What's the meta for this champ? I don't do any damage and therefore I'm losing all my games in silver.

What do you think about this build path: Stormrazor -> Glutinous greaves -> Phantom Dancer -> Fiendhunter bolts -> IE

I need to complete the Avian Alarm please.

Edit: Found the missing compressor on electromagnetic storm spaceport like in the 3rd Arc Courier I came across on my first attempt.
