Laws for thee but not for me
Anybody know who this guy is? Is it the same clown who keeps parking his big billboard / truck all over town? If it is, Walmart sure wasn't happy about having him homestead in their parking lot. Kinda funny how the LEO suddenly decided to drop this speeding citation due to "an administrative error with speed measurement training paperwork".
