I have been told multiple times that insurance companies are hiring all the time for adjusting positions. I have been looking on their career sites for the last 2 weeks and have found nothing that would indicate otherwise. Am I missing something?

I have been all over different insurance company career pages and can't find many job openings for entry level. Been reading that many larger companies hire people with no experience all time. What companies would I have the best bet to getting into? Is there any direct links I can send my resume to a company instead of applying to every single opening?
