How do I get rid of this pimple?

I've been struggling to get rid of this pimple? that I've had on my nose for a while now.. it wasn't always this big. (A week or two ago) It used to look like a blackhead that was under the skin so I tried to get it out and the next day it looked like this and it hasn't changed since. I've tried using exfoliating masks, pimple patches and even gently poking it to maybe help it come out but nothing has worked. Does anyone have any suggestions?

( I know I should poke it with anything or pinch my skin but it's been in my skin for so long I don't know what to do.)

Is this an original?

I found this at the thrift store for 6 dollars.. I doubt that it's an original but she's cute nonetheless! I tried looking for it online and my mother found it on Amazon but I'm not sure if it's official since it's discontinued. Can anyone help me out please !

How do you improve a slow digestion system?

Hello! Ive seen a lot of doctors because of my stomach :( when I was younger I would throw up a lot and never understood why until a few years ago my stomach problems were flaring up and my mother took me to the doctors and they told me that I have a slow digestion system and I'm lactose intolerant. I've always struggled with bloating as well. Recently I started to take those digestion enzymes but I feel like they're not doing anything for me. I've also been drinking way more water than I used to and I do feel better but still struggle with bloating and constipation :/

Does anyone have any tips that will actually work?
