Need help figuring out the layout before buying this flat
I’m considering buying this apartment but I’m struggling with the layout and would love some ideas!
I’d like to keep the kitchen + living room as they are, as I really like the space.
I’d also prefer to avoid major renovations or moving lots of walls/utilities.
My main needs are:
Large master bedroom
Guest bedroom
Two separate workspaces, as we both work remotely
The part I’m really struggling with is the windowless space between the two bedrooms, which is currently a walk-through closet. Could this be turned into something useful, perhaps one of the workspaces? Would glass partitions/internal windows help bring in some light?
Basically, I’m looking for creative but realistic ways to improve the layout without completely redoing the apartment. Any ideas would be hugely appreciated!
