Kalimera guys, I just wanted to get your views about the below.
When I visit Greek islands or Athens as a Turkish tourist, people are fantastically welcoming. We chat about the commonalities in our cultures and it overall feels like a second home.
But when I read some Greek comments on social media, they are quite strict and like “there is no speaking to barbaric Turks” and that how they will end our existence etc.
In Turkey I would say the ratio of people with hostile feelings would be around 50%. I genuinely and sincerely wonder how it is in Greece?
Maybe Athens is a bit far and more cosmopolitan and islands near to Turkey are naturally friendly due to economic relations?
How do younger generation feel?
