Should I post videos as collaborations with my second channel?

So I have been posting on my Youtube channel for 3 years. It's been a slow and steady growth to ~4K subscribers. My content exists in this one type of niche category (don't want to get too specific), but I randomly decided to also post a video essay related to my niche and it unexpectedly blew up to be my most viewed video (almost doubled my previously most popular video).

This was a welcome surprise, and I do plan on making more video essays but they will be fewer and further between. In order to not alienate those who followed for video essays and not my other content, I decided to create another video essay-focused channel and mark that video as a collaboration. That has gained this second channel a couple dozen subscribers.

I'm working on my next video essay and want to ask if it makes sense to post it from the second channel and mark my OG channel as a collaborator or post it again from my OG channel and simply make my second channel a collaborator. I'm thinking the former to build up the second channel for those who are interested, but I wanted to check to see if there are any negatives of that approach.

Main concern is that my OG channel is monetized, and I haven't been able to figure out what the monetization impact will be if I post from the non-monetized channel.

Help me choose a couch color!

All the other furniture is what I already have in my living room. The color palette above is what I've been anchoring to, but I'm fine to adjust.

Current electricity and water issues

I booked a last minute weekend trip to San Juan. When looking at weather, I started seeing information about recent electricity blackouts and issues with the acqueduct resulting in lack of access to water. Are these issues still occurring? I hate to sound like a selfish tourist because I know residents are the most impacted. But I also wanted to know if it would be a mistake to travel there in the midst of everything.

Makeup Stains — is laundry stripping the solution?

Hello! I’m a melanated lady who has had difficulties throughout my life regarding makeup staining my clothing. I’ve had foundation stain collared shirts, tshirts, pants, sleeves, and everything in between. I’ve been learning how to better set my makeup to limit transfer, but the damage has been done to many clothing items. I’ve used the OxiClean spray on some of them, but because I dread washing whites, I sometimes leave the stain for weeks before washing. There are some clothes I’ve washed and dried multiple times, but the stains at most will slightly fade. I’ve thrown clothes out because of this, but after seeing a post about laundry stripping, it seems like not all is lost.

But from what I’ve seen in posts here, the focus has been more on truly filthy clothes. Do you think previously washed and dried clothes with those set in stains are good candidates for laundry stripping or are they too far gone? Or is it too extreme of a solution for this problem?
