Need help building a Rex/Morag/Zeke party

I’m at the point of the story where Rex gains access to a healer blade, and I’m thinking I would rather use her in my build as opposed to running Nia as a dedicated healer in my party. My current setup is Rex with Aegis, Healer and Agate - Morag with Brighid, Corvin and Aegaeon. From here I’m not really sure what to do with Zeke. For now I’m running Pandoria, Crossette and Wulfric but this feels a little lacking, especially due to the fact I’m lacking three elements but I have no idea what I would replace in this party overall. Any specific blade recommendations would be appreciated (or even aux cores/chips/accessories to try and get for these blades)

I made a post a few days ago about how I wasn’t really enjoying hammer much because of how valor style works, and I’m generally kinda getting better at it. I’ve also been dabbling with valor gs, but at 10 star village I’ve run into a pretty big issue, which is that my clear time for certain monsters has become ridiculously high simply because i can’t find proper openings to get the big valor sheathe attacks in. For example, my successful Diablos attempt took me 42 minutes because I simply could not find a single opening to properly attack it when it was enraged. Rajang also took a similarly long amount of time.

When I ran into issues like this in the other mh games I would just look up speedruns on youtube or whatever, but it feels like there’s a surprisingly small amount of valor hammer speedruns and thus I can’t really find any videos on these monsters or which openings to exploit when outside of valor mode. I’m starting to worry that once I move to hub quests some monsters are just going to fully time me out because I can’t figure out when I can actually engage. Do any valor hammer/greatsword mains have any insight into what exactly I should be doing to improve on this? Or even any videos with the style against these kinds of faster monsters that get a lot harder to hit? It would bother me to drop the style for such a reason especially when I can play quite effectively when actually in valor mode
