Welcome to the sixth edition of Eurovision Country Explorer where we submit songs from a different selected country each edition.

As chosen by u/Mission-Ninja-2579, the winner of ECE Iceland, we will be exploring Iceland this time.

To help with finding Moldovan artists, I'll share a Wikipedia page and a Viberate page.

Here is a document with all eligible countries, I am willing to make changes there if enough people want me to. My hope is that if we make it through all countries, I'll host a contest with the winners from each country.

Submissions will close Friday 14 of August 2026 at 17:00 CEST. I'll try to have the voting post up on Saturday.

Rules (open to change if desired):

1:

A: a solo artist must have lived in the country for at least 5 years to be eligible

B: For collaborations between two artists, the main artist must fulfill it, they are not eligible if only the featured artist fulfills it.

C: Equal collaborations are considered duos, collaborations between three or more people are considered groups.

D: For duos, at least one of the members must fulfill A.

E: For groups, at least two members must fulfill A, if there are more than 8 simultaneous members in the group that minimum is increased to 4.

2: Eurovision songs are not allowed, but Eurovision artists are, presuming rule 1 is fulfilled.

3: National Final songs from before 2025 that placed outside the top three are allowed, presuming rule 1 is fulfilled

4: Songs that have won other fan contests on this subreddit are not eligible, but non-winning fan contest songs are allowed. I would still encourage you to submit songs that have not participated in other fan contests before.

5: Only one song by an artist can compete in any given edition and only one submission is allowed per user. These can be changed if at 5 hours before submission closure, less than 5 people have submitted.

6: The winner of an edition decides which country we will go to next. If the same person wins three or more times in a row, the privilege will go to the runner-up on the third win.

Suggestions for submission comments:

- When submitting, make sure the song is easy to identify and find

- When submitting, I would encourage you to share a 35-second highlight of the song, which will be used in the recap.

Welcome to the second of Eurovision Country Explorer, where songs from the edition's given Eurovision country are submitted and ranked. My hope is that we get through every country on the list and I get to host a Eurovision-style contest with the winner from each country.

For this edition, 8 people have decided to submit a song. The winner of this edition gets to decide which country we explore next.

Voting happens in StrawPoll and you are allowed to vote for your own entry. If you're unable to use StrawPoll for whatever reason, you can comment or DM me your points and I will add them for you.

Voting is open until Wednesday, 29/07/2026 at 17:00 CEST and the results will be posted shortly after. Deadline will be extended if less than half the participants have voted. Voting will close earlier if every user with an entry has voted. Voters without entries don't affect the deadline.

Welcome to the third edition of Eurovision Country Explorer where we submit songs from a different selected country each edition.

As chosen by u/BroccolinoBroccoli, the winner of ECE Wales, we will be exploring Latvia this time.

To help with finding Latvian artists, u/BroccolinoBroccoli has shared a Wikipedia page and a Viberate page of Latvian artists.

Here is a document with all eligible countries, I am willing to make changes there if enough people want me to. My hope is that if we make it through all countries, I'll host a contest with the winners from each country.

Submissions will close Friday 24th of July 2026 at 17:00 CEST. I'll try to have the voting post up on Saturday

Rules (open to change if desired):

1: The artist submitted must either be from the country or have lived there for several years. If it's a band, at least two members must be from the country and have lived there for several years.

For duos, at least one of the members must fulfill that criteria.

For collaborations, the main artist must fulfill it, they are not eligible if only the featured artist fulfills it.

2: Eurovision songs are not allowed, but the artists are, presuming rule 1 is fulfilled.

3: National Final songs from before 2025 that placed outside the top three are allowed, presuming rule 1 is fulfilled

4: Songs that have won other fan contests are not eligible, but non-winning songs are allowed

5: Only one song by an artist can compete in any given edition, one submission per user unless an edition has very few entries 24 hours after submission start.

6: The winner of an edition decides which country we will go to next. If the same person wins three or more times in a row, the privilege will go to the runner-up on the third win.

Submission suggestions:

- When submitting, make sure the song is easy to identify and find

- When submitting, I would encourage you to share a 35-second highlight of the song, which will be used in the recap.
