Does any1 know a way to stop revenge bedtime procrastination?

So, I keep staying up way later than I should, even when I’m tired and know I’ll regret it the next morning. I guess it feels like night-time is the only time I really have to myself, so I keep scrolling or doing random things instead of sleeping.. its not just about resisting my phone, how tf do I make myself do something productive with this latent burst of energy?
Has anyone actually managed to break this habit? What helped you?

Must-visit places/experiences in Bangalore before I leave?

I’ve been in Bangalore for the last 2 years, and because of an abrupt life change, I’ll be moving out on the 14th Aug
I know I only have about 5 days left, so I wanted to ask the people here: what are the absolute must-experience places in Bangalore? It doesnt have to be just food. It could be a café, bar, bakery, street food spot, bookstore, activity, viewpoint, or just a place with a vibe that’s worth experiencing at least once.

Anywhere is fine, preferably not too far from Yeshwanthpur, but I’m willing to travel a bit if it’s genuinely worth it.

I’ve already covered a fair bit of the city.

(Off the top of my mind-)

I’ve tried pretty much every popular pizza bakery along with Brik Oven, Glen’s Bakehouse, Toit, DYU Art Cafe, The Reservoir, Jimmy’s, Matteo’s, FLO, blossoms, Watson’s, Foxtrot, Ironhill, most SOCIALs, Dirty Dogs, Byg Brewski, TBC near Marathahalli, Truffles, Chin Lung’s, CTR and MTR , the Pump House, Milano, Meows & Muffins, and most of the major malls like Orion and Forum.

So I’m hoping for recommendations beyond the usual “top 10/50 places in bangalore”
I’m looking for places that would make someone say, “Wait… you lived in Bangalore and never went there?”lol
Hidden gems would be amazing, but even popular places are welcome if you genuinely think they’re worth experiencing at least once.
I’d prefer affordable recommendations, but if there’s something a little expensive that’s truly a one-time experience, I’m open to that too.
Would love to hear your suggestions. I don’t want to leave Bangalore feeling like I missed out on the best of it.!
