Firefox snap in Ubuntu
Contrary to the general opinion of removing the snap version of Ubuntu Firefox, my experience is that it works quite well with Vulkan doing a swell job with hardware acceleration. For Brave, I find that the PPA version works out better.
Apart from the FUD against Ubuntu, not a bad balanced performance, I must say.
Ubuntu performed quite well, contrary to the opinion.

Curtin error during install.
Anyone having trouble installing Ubuntu 26.04 via USB. My install on my desktop with nvme stops with a Curtin error. I have tried a new USB as well as a new ISO.
Secure boot and why
How many here are using secure boot with their ubuntu install and why. Are they also encrypting using TPM?

nvibrant digital vibrance setting for nvidia under wayland
With Wayland getting common I feel it's high time someone ports this useful app to Flatpak. It allows for adjustment of digital vibrance for nvidia cards, something that's handled under xorg via the NVIDIA applet. Under Wayland, the Nvidia applet doesn't show the digital vibrance setting.
