20 year age gap, honest opinion?

I’m currently dating this man who’s 20 years older than me, there are some sweet moments and good physical chemistry, yet I’m unsure if it’s going to work out long term because I’m quite intense and blunt and he’s a bit detached and avoidant.
We both come from tough upbringings and try our utmost to do better than what we got dealt. What can I expect from this relationship long term, is there a chance we’re compatible to create a pleasant future together?

20 year age gap, good physical attraction, any potential for long term?

placidus + whole house + composite
me: the sag, he: aqua

Been dating for a month, and although we have pretty different interests and are at quite different places in life because of the 20 year age gap + living in different cities, yet we have a great and physical connection and can talk for hours on end. Feels deeply karmic so far, and as if «we’ve met before». I feel like we’re both good at listening to each other and give space for the other to talk.

My concerns so far: I’m a bit worried that he(aqua) won’t challenge me enough mentally as the relationship progresses, I feel as though I’m taking the «lead» so far. I do have a pretty intense and depth-dwelling personality and need someone who can challenge that a bit.
I know the synastry and composite have some heavy aspects. Do you think the Saturn connections here provide enough glue for something long-term, or does this look more like a short-term karmic lesson?

I’m dating with the intention of meeting someone serious and fall into sweet beautiful long lasting love and build a stable partnership, so I’d greatly appreciate any insights on how this dynamic might play out over time!
