Not sure if anyone has suggestions.

Everything worked this morning. I went to an appointment then came back and no internet. I tried power cycling the modem and the router. I tried to reset the router. Even tried to swap out the router for another one. I keep getting the blinking blue light. The modem lights, despite the photo, are only power and Ethernet. Since the modem is usually hidden behind furniture, I don’t know if the service light should be on?

Customer service did nothing, just set up an appointment for sometime tomorrow. Anything I can do from home?
