Hi, i been working for 19 months (CL12), a couple of weeks before my PL asked for pointers for promotion/hike in june? What are my chances- I have achieved 3 certifications, no such compliance or anything

I asked my PL, what are the chances? He told me I’ve recommended you now it’s up to the higher management
