The card is the first promo of one piece it came on a pealable sheet and has a glossy surface exactly like the corocoro Pikachu. C-J1 is extremely undervalued!

So I discovered that PlayStation collaborated with Bandai on some one piece cards about 8 hyperbattle cards including 2 promos had PlayStation code on the cards!!! This is my black label chopper that has it ! I feel like these cards are incredibly undervalued considering this collab has been low-key.
