Get rid of his bad one. Replace it with him being able to track exes ability cooldowns and what move they're currently using.

Knuckles highkey needs a good lms buff. But im here and I think give him an extra second of stun shorter cd and more damage (for fleetway)

Also he should have 25% damage reduction outside of lms because hes tougher than the others
