I crashed to severe again and I just can't make myself pace properly. I'm so wired all the time and feel like my mind is racing so bad. It feels not worth it to attempt to pace and then have it not be enough, might as well not pace and have the same result of only getting worse. I feel like I'm not good enough for this disorder, I'm not disciplined like yall others are.

I was having a day of improvement or at least a day of not having worse stress levels by my activity band but then I had bad insomnia and now my stress level is through the roof again straight from the morning. I don't think I've ever had my stress reading be this bad. I just blame myself a lot and feel inadequate and like everything is always my fault.
