So bali dahil sa sunod sunod na pag himagsik ng habagat sa metro manila, panay suspend din ang mga classes at work offices, my problem is ung form 137, may processing pa sya and need talaga makuha sa school... pero i cant even get my f137 because of the rain and the continous suspension, is there a chance for up to extend the application? oh my goddd
