Hi folks!
My sister is getting married in December, and we’re looking for decent, comfortable hotel rooms for our friends and family. We need around 10 rooms for 2 days.
Our total budget is around ₹60–70k, so we’re ideally looking for something clean, decent, and reasonably priced. Our preferred area is Bariatu, but we’re open to nearby areas as well.
A few of the good hotels we had shortlisted like Royal Retreat, Langkawi Resort are already booked, and the remaining options seem quite expensive 😭
If anyone has any recommendations for good budget-friendly hotels that can accommodate around 10 rooms, please let me know. Even personal experiences or contacts would be really helpful!

Very disappointed with Hitachi AC service and product quality.

I bought this AC in January 2026, and from the beginning the cooling has been terrible. Even when running at 18°C, it feels like 28°C. I have called the service center 3 times, and every technician gives a different excuse — sometimes they say there is a gas leak, sometimes a loose wire — but the AC still does not cool properly.

It has been 6 months now and the issue is still unresolved. What’s worse is the customer service behavior. When I raised another complaint and asked them to properly look into the issue, the staff behaved very rudely. I asked for the representative’s name so I could file a complaint, but he refused to tell me. Then he said, “Do whatever you want, nothing will be done.”

This has been a very frustrating experience. I expected much better quality and support from Hitachi.
