Let’s assume I worked in the UK for 3 months (annual salary above 29k). I have also worked in another country for 6 months. The total yearly income is above 29k. Am I able to combine the income of a current job in UK with previous Job overseas? For cat B

I started working on 5th Jan. I get my salary every month on the 26th of each month in advance for the whole month. (I.e for January I got paid on 26/01 for the dates 5/01 - 31/01.). I will resign from work on the 10/07. This means that I will complete 6 months of employment but I would have only received payment for the period of 5/01 till 30/06. My question is will I fulfill the financial requirement if I direct submit application after 6 months? (Since I got paid for 5 days less than the six months?) I have 6 pay slips.

My brother has agreed to allow us to live with him while we look for a house ourselves. What are the mandatory documents required? Is it only a letter of permission from my brother and proof of ownership of the house? Also, my brother lives with his wife and three children. Me, my wife and my one year-old will be living with them. Does my brother have to mention the number of people that will be living in the house or is it enough to say that we will be occupying one of the bedrooms exclusively?

I wanted to understand the process of the application. Please correct me if I am wrong. 1.) submit application and evidence 2.) book and attend bio 3.) acceptance and give passport for visa stamp???

My spouse has U.S passport, once we get approval does she have to submit her passport for the visa stamp or attend any other appointment? Is she free to travel after bio? Once she gets her entry date, she can enter uk from that date - up to 3 months after that date? I’m asking all of these questions because she wasn’t to travel and stay in another country after her biometrics and only come back after she gets the visa approval.

Has anyone (British) working in the UAE applied for their spouse? I had some questions regarding the employment letter. My work place doesn’t give employment letter so I need to know what exactly the letter should mention so that my work place can make one for me.

My wife is a US citizen. She has lived most of her life in Pakistan and Afghanistan but for the past 2 years she has been living in the UAE. Is she still required to do TB test?

If we submit employment contract with 6 months pay slips and bank statements, would that be enough for the employment requirement? Also the salary is mentioned in months and not annually. Would this cause any issues?

I am British returning back to the UK after receiving a job offer. We are applying for spouse visa for my wife. My brother has agreed for us to stay with him when we arrive in the UK until we find an accommodation that suits us (no matter how long that takes). My question is: What documents exactly do we need in this circumstance to fulfill the accommodation requirements?
