Is this a bad deal?

Im seeing here that around $3 is an okay price per watt. My calculations are saying i would pay $6. Im a bit confused about the process. They tell me this is different than financing the panels and no buyout cost at the end, but if i buyout after 5 years it will save a ton. Any other questions i should ask them or any advice from people that know this business better than me? Thanks!

Unicorn outdoor screen?

Im looking for a screen on par with the Akia and JWSIT i see recommended here, but 80-90”. Looking for a portable/outdoor screen (with stand) to use with my magcubic hy320pro. Im worried it wont be bright enough for 100”+. The only decent looking one ive found is the elite screens yard master 2, 90” for $177 but i dont want to pay that much. Why is it only $2 cheaper than the 120”?? Ideally would keep it closer to $100 than $200.

Should i just get the JWIST 100” and see how it looks? They have some listed as used-very good for $110.

I already have the yard master 120” and Panasonic i think rz-370u from recommendations seen here, so thanks for those! Looking to upgrade the portable setup from the thin $5 screens.

Location: NE USA
Room size: outdoor, no real limit
